Customer Service Representative

Datebox - a rapidly growing startup in Oklahoma City, OK is looking to hire four (4) part-time customer service representatives.

Job Duties:

Respond to customer service emails
Answer customer phone calls
Assist customers with issues such as purchasing challenges, canceling orders, misplaced or late shipments, defective product, or billing mistakes
Streamline customer service process with effective communication tools and solutions

Required Qualifications/Traits:

Ability to demonstrate clear, and concise written and verbal communication
Upbeat, outgoing and resilient personality
Type a minimum of 50 WPM in standard English.
Proven track record of great customer service
Ability to think on your feet and provide easy solutions to difficult problems
Detail Oriented

Preferred Qualifications/Traits:

Previous experience working in Zendesk, Freshdesk, Olark or other related customer service ticketing platforms.
Previous experience working in a call center or rapidly changing customer service environment.
Basic knowledge of Stripe payment processing platform preferred.
Associates degree or higher preferred

Pay ($10-$15) DOE 15-20 hrs/week
